Fishing is allowed on the upper part of Kitkajoki River every day from June 1st to September 30th.

Under 18 years -50%, under 15 year fisherman can fish free with parents.

The minimum length of trout is 60 cm and grayling 35 cm. There are also whitefish, pike and perch in both rivers. There are no minimum lengths for these.

You are allowed to fish with lure and flyfishing tackle. Only lures and flies are permitted. You are not allowed to fish with more than two flies tied to one line.

Fishing area:
Kitka River from Kiveskoski to border of Oulanka National Park

Sancturaries:
Aallokkokoski, Myllykoski small way, Kelhänkoski lower part.

Week fishing license is valid for one week from beginning.

You have to print receipt from payment with you that you can show it for fising patrol when needed or if you make reservation by telephone, save receipt file to your mobile phone.
